But YES, there is a way!
Convert Text string to 3d strings is your option when all the “survey data” you have received is flat (2d) and you need to create a 3d model.
The option will read the value of the Text (spot height) and create a new 3d string at the insertion point of the text. Horizontal & Vertical offset distances can be applied if the spot height is a set distance (delta values) from the text insertion point.
To open the panel, Use: File => User => Text (elev) to 3d point
