Given there are different formats of Ditgital Elevation Models (DEMs). 12d Model have provided different options to produce required DEM files for other software packages. For more background information on DEM’s please read information provided here.
The file output options provided by 12d Model include;
- Arc View
- Arc View (actual,minimum, maximum, average)
- FLT DEM
- Sokkia
- Quantm (formerly Align 3D) format

To output a DEM file, Use: File I/O =>Data output =>DEMs or Tins =>Utilities =>DEMs
