Apply MTF Trimesh formation toggle

This option is very handy for larger projects where the creation of pavement trimeshes etc via the “MTF” file is being undertaken.

Typically, each individual MTF file can have the creation of trimeshes (snippet options) set to be either active or non-active.  This is the default “MTF” option set when this panel is first opened. (Use the individual MTF setting)

The toggle options for the Trimesh formation can be set at a Project level, so individual MTF files do net need to be opened to quickly recalculate the Design surface strings whilst still in the design process.

The settings are as follows;

  • If Use the individual MTF settings, use the settings in the MTF. (default)
  • If Don’t form shapes or strings, then override the settings in the MTF and don’t form any shapes or strings.
  • If Form shapes and string, then override the settings in the MTF and form any shapes and strings.
  • If Form shapes, not strings, then override the settings in the MTF and form any shapes but no strings.
  • If Form strings, not shapes, then override the settings in the MTF and form any strings but no shapes
